***1ST, THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE COMPLETE FAKES! 100% WITHOUT A DOUBT***** The Pros to this company are few and far between. At first, the place seems great and the two CEO's seem really nice but its hard to call most of them positive after working in this toxic environment. The only positives would be that you do have a good work schedule 7:30-430, which is nice. Also, you have a very relaxed dress code which is also good. WHAT IS NOT A "PRO," IS THE FAKE OPPORTUNITY THAT THEY SELL YOU ON DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS. The idea that they are start up in the fin tech with uncapped commissions.....is just plain misleading. SEE CONS

***1ST, THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE COMPLETE FAKES! 100% WITHOUT A DOUBT***** The amount of CONS I could write for this company would get pretty long and personal and I don't want to do that. My goal for writing this review ( which is my first online review for ANYTHING ) is to help other hard working honest people avoid this terribly ran company so they can save themselves a ton of let down and stress. There is absolutely no structure inside this company. Top management is clueless to a good sales process but what makes it so hard is that they tell you one thing and do the opposite. As an example, they will tell you " yeah your perfect for this role and your fantastic and we want you to make the changes in our workflow that you think is right..." Then they are sooooo weird and awkward that they won't let you make the changes after they said they wanted you to. IT"S THAT TOXIC! As weird as it sounds , it is true. The biggest problem for Decision Logic is a problem that is rooted too deep inside the the two CEO'S minds to ever get better , unless they make a 180 degree change, which in your 50's is hard to do. I do not enjoy saying this things about anyone, but their behavior was so bizarre that I feel compelled to WARN THOSE THINKING ABOUT TAKING A ROLE HERE , ESP IN ANY MANAGEMENT ROLE. What I think is the most toxic aspect of this place is the 2 CEO'S ability to be completely 2 faced. They are really good at sucking you in and making you believe that they like you and there is great growth opportunity, but then go and do the EXACT opposite in terms of actions. YES it is that strange. The lack of consistency and structure will keep you from succeeding here. They have been open for 5 years and have fired the WHOLE sales team at least twice and started over and I think there is another one coming soon by the way the back room talks were going. They have horrible training that is only 2-3 days and then their expectations do not fit reality. We had some really good sales people on the floor but due to lack of structure, horrible comp plan and inability to take criticism made it impossible for any sales person to succeed. There is a BAD BIG culture of gossip and talking negative and this does not stop at the lower level jobs either. Even both CEO's openly gossip about who ever is not in the room. It feels like a place that is using it's people and looking to sell the "company," or product and just churn out employees. While I was there , which wasn't long, TWENY PERCENT OF ALL EMPLOYEES either quit or got fired. That should tell you enough. They do NOT now their sales structure or its cycle and therefore they fire people that don't deserve it ALL the time. There is so much more I could write but this should be enough to KEEP YOU AWAY FROM THIS JOB, EITHER AS AN IT GUY, SALES PERSON, OR MANAGEMENT. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO.
