Pros
There seems to be a fair amount of loyalty to those who have performed well and worked here for a long time. Leadership seems to be willing to make the tough choices necessary to survive in a difficult economy.
Cons
No tuition reimbursement, which I believe causes young and ambitious professionals to look favorably on other organizations who may invest more in their talents. Following the above, there are those who are neither young nor ambitious who have stayed longer than their motivation and because they are not pushed by incoming talent, are allowed to become complacent without correction.
