Changes to the team leadership have impacted how things are run: -Quotas were adjusted with no increase in compensation (SDRs were previously paid bonuses from inbound leads which is no longer the case) -Activity is tracked heavily (they like to sell themselves on being hands-off, but you'll be micromanaged even if you're hitting quota) -Multiple responsibilities gets overwhelming (this role will extend beyond setting appointments. Expect to have administrative responsibilities) -Constant change
