Pros

-Use them to get experience if you can't find a job anywhere else -A few teams have good culture within that specific team; if you join, pray you get sent to one of those teams -Working from home full time means you've got more control over your work-home balance

Cons

-Criminally low salaries; don't expect to be paid a livable wage -Don't expect to be rewarded for going above and beyond -Horrible conflict management; management will take the side of favourites regardless of the issue -It is obvious that some of the reviews on Glassdoor have been made by individuals with a conflict of interest (management) -Absolutely no benefits; no medical aid contribution, retirement fund etc.. -Workload significantly exceeds salary -Sketchy salary practices; significant salary variations for the same title I understand that it sounds like I'm just focusing on the negative, but it is frustrating when: 1. HR pretends to be nice, but when an issue comes up, they have no problem treating you badly 2. You're expected to do a MASSIVE amount of work and then they pay you much below a market related salary WHILE TELLING YOU THAT ITS A MARKET RELATED SALARY

Pros

People working there are great. Management might throw you under the bus.

Cons

Workload and responsibility is high with low pay. Very young team because young people don't know they're being exploited.
