The colleagues are fantastic, and the corporate culture encourages open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning. There’s a huge internal library of courses, mentoring programs, and tech talks available to help you grow. The company also provides clear professional development paths and regular feedback sessions to support your career progression.

      Cons

      While the company offers many non-monetary benefits, the salary levels—especially in Germany—are lower compared to industry standards.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
