Pros

You're effectively paid to take time to study a field of your interest, so long as you can train an AI in it. For science, engineering, maths, law, finance and medical topics tasks are valued from £30/hr and the work is available fairly consistently

Cons

You have no contract, and there's no promise that a project you loved doing today/wanted to do today will be available on your dashboard tomorrow. You have no contact with people managing you. And you're helping improve a technology which is, at best, morally grey.

Pros

Great to work for, lots of work once you get past initial assessment as a specialist for coding. Receiving payments is seamless.

Cons

Work can be tedious and require long blocks of time.

Pros

Easy to get set up and work through the "entrance tests", and fairly easy to earn through your first project. The pay per project is OK (in THEORY), but in practice it can be difficult to make real money (see cons).

Cons

My experienced was, unless you have expertise in a very in-demand area like STEM, multilingual, or teaching, the available projects quickly dry up. They then encourage you to "take more qualification tests to see more projects." However, after the tests are taken, no indication is given as to the results and at times nothing more shows up in projects. In the end it can be a random, and disorienting process.
