Fun group of individuals to work with on the road who are super supportive and helpful, yet will provide autonomy if you ask for it.

Tradeshow days can run long. Constantly changing weekly teams can miss out on building synergy throughout the trade show season. Must be willing to travel 5-6 days of the week for only 3 months of the year.

Some great people and lots of potential for learning unexpected skills. You will be tested in patience, and you will learn to solve problems you may not be qualified to even attempt.

Management can not seem to decide what industry they are in. You will receive incomplete training and instruction, and you will be held responsible for things you were not even aware of. You will also be told to lie and be lied to. Management will concoct a new project a few times a year, shift it off to others, and then abandon it after wasting thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours. You will be forced to use broken equipment with very little support.
