Pros

Interesting product, new things to learn (if you're into that)

Cons

Poor management, high turnover rate, inflated titles, empty promises, unorganized, low pay, industries worst when it comes to quality of product. The workshop is dangerous and messier than I have ever seen. The most unprofessional place I have ever worked! Projects are always past due, customers are severely dissatisfied with product and installation. Company is run by friends and family of the owner, none of which have a clue as to what they are doing or have any professional experience. They try to pay people doing physical labor a set salary. They demand that people go out of town and do installs for weeks on end at the last moment even if your not an installer. They voluntarily sell their product for 25% of what others are charging but refuse to hire any qualified workers. There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY at darwin chambers/ no punishment, nor will they allow anyone to enforce rules of any kind. I was one of the highest paid employees at DC, and based on comparisons with similar companies in the area, I was making about half of what I should have.
