Like any provider right now, the amount the government gives for rates is lower than it should be to pay staff. I hear a bigger increase is coming soon.

Residents too dependent on devices and screens. Lazy co-workers with no consequences for not doing their job. Weak leadership in the direct supervisor who lacks follow through and vision.
