Unfortunately, the internal culture and management practices are abysmal, and it reflects in the work product. Teams operate in silos, often unaware of product updates or strategic changes that directly affect their work. This disconnection hampers collaboration and creates a chaotic work environment. The company feels more like a playground for one individual's vision rather than a cohesive organization. The current CEO appears to lack the backbone to implement meaningful changes or steer the company toward stability and growth. Staff respect and morale are severely lacking.
