      there is not a single pro

      Cons

      the pay is terrible you cannot afford rent on it. In the Sydney location the manager is terrible swearing and screaming at staff. Manager does nothing while expecting you to do 1 million things and you will get screamed at constantly. Often me and the other staff would leave work crying.

      Fun, friendly team who genuinely love what they do Strong sense of purpose, everyone’s there because they care about dogs and customer experience Lots of variety day-to-day, especially if you like working across different areas Leadership team is approachable and open to feedback Opportunities to grow your skills and take ownership of projects Very supportive CEO/senior management The dogs!
