It's clear from your feedback that you've had a difficult and stressful experience, and we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share these candid thoughts. Hearing about your experience with the job has taken on you is something we take very seriously. We are truly glad that you were able to benefit from the work-from-home option and some schedule flexibility. We believe these are key components in supporting our team, and we're committed to preserving and enhancing these programs. We also value the recognition of our coaches who are striving to provide a positive experience. At the same time, we fully acknowledge your specific concerns regarding the pressure, metrics, and support for handling difficult customer interactions. It is never our intention to have employees feel unsupported or harassed, and we are continuously evaluating our policies and training to better assist our agents in these challenging situations. Your comments about the current PTO and sick leave policy and the specific bilingual pay structure are also critical feedback that we are absolutely reviewing to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and genuinely supportive of our team.

Pros

Work from home is the only pro I can think of

Cons

They don’t provide any equipment aside from the computer itself. They mislead you during the interview and job description. You are paid according to price of product sold and close rate however it’s all inbound calls and you can not call back. The inbound calls are lousy, people who don’t even have a $1 on a card in order to do the eligibility check, or no card at all.. poor credit which leads to higher out of pocket costs. I think only a handful of times I couldn’t overcome the spousal objection or the just shopping objection. Those I will take responsibility for but if I’m getting calls from people who don’t have a card or don’t have a $ or don’t have the money to put down OR already have an account or is a mis-transfer or were passed along because the technicians have to make referrals even though the customer isn’t actually interested in the product yet the tech makes them still call.. that’s crap and it’s not real sales.
