- Regardless of team, everyone is friendly, caring and welcoming - PM's were very dedicated and cared about every individual's success - Lax work environment allowed for multitasking and some work life balance
Cons
- Inconsistent executive leadership and communication, especially during critical company initiatives - Limited autonomy and trust, resulting in egregious micro managing - Undefined processes and roles, leading to confusion regularly - Little to no opportunities for internal growth
