      Pros

      -Great pay, they pay you fairly and definitely respect that. - Bonuses are really great -extra perks for working there as well. -great and respectful field crews/field management.

      Cons

      My warning to any foreman or other field support staff, and of course anyone else looking to apply… save yourself the time. DBA lacks transparency and happily fires anyone without fair notice and when it’s convenient for them. They use you until it’s time to fire you. Don’t count on any fair notice or communication prior to being let go. It just happens. This company is not a good one to build a career unless you’re liked.

      Pros

      Based on where you are placed, you can gain a lot of experience and insight pertaining to construction methodologies and processes. There can be a lot of interaction between the other employees which is good. The BOSSES always have their doors open and you can openly communicate with them.

      Cons

      The internship program is not formally structured so your learning outcomes and experience are up to you. The company culture is traditional and the career pathways are informal. Seems like it would be hard to "move up".
