Pros

Good team environment, good opportunity for self-growth and project management exposure. Success of projects highly dependent on individual contributions. Management makes conscious effort to listen and evaluate employee concerns if they arise. Competitive salaries. Constant influx of different, interesting, and challenging work. Good exposure to wide array of different markets and applications. With respect to workload, it is manageable and weekly labor averages around 45hrs for most employees.

Cons

With all small, relatively new company, there are growing pains and volatility on work load, although few are far between. There is room for improvement and development in process control and standardization.

Pros

Very transparent and supportive team. Because it is a smaller company, even interns do meaningful and cool work on both designing and building. Lots of cool projects to work on

Cons

Workload can be inconsistent. There were times when I was swamped with work and other times that I was just doing facilities tasks in order to get enough hours.

Pros

The two things I loved the most while working at Czero were the projects and the people. The projects felt impactful (mostly clean energy/clean tech), and were always super interesting and technically challenging. I never got bored because there was always something new to learn, and management was receptive to feedback about what skills I wanted to learn, or types of projects I wanted to work on. It's a close-knit team with a positive work environment. Everyone is very respectful of each other and ideas and values collaboration and team work.

Cons

The only cons are ones related to the inherent nature of consulting rather than Czero as a company. There were inevitably times with urgent deadlines, and some slow times in between. Also it was sometimes disappointing to get really invested in a project's success, but not get to hear about it after the customer's project with Czero ended.
