Pros
Cyracom is a fantastic company to work for; they offer flexible schedules and job growth opportunities. I am very grateful to work with them.
Cons
Some calls can be challenging to deal with emotionally. Still, I always remember that it's a role where I'm helping people deal with communication barriers in tough situations, and I gain the strength to keep going.

It is a good company to learn the ropes and proper protocol for OPI and VRI for those with little or no experience.

- Poor management - Low salary and poor pay scale increase - Quality Management has become a joke as they only monitor and sanction the use of proper protocols during interpretation and not accuracy in the language interpretation. - Company Policies - Poor and opressive work environment in the call center
