There are MANY nice, hardworking people who work there.
Cons
#1. They don't pay their bills. You can imagine the problems this causes. Even their IT contractor commented about this to me early on in our business relationship.
#2. Their word means nothing.
#3. The management of this family-owned HVAC contracting company is toxic and perhaps the most dysfunctional company I've ever worked for. And that's saying something!
