- learn to work in stress environment ,especial dealing with the unrespectable managers. - able to expose self to communicate/dealing with client directly - learn to work independently as your superior/managers will not provide you a proper guidance/ support - understand the importance of process, documentation, time & risk management based on the working experience in the company.
Cons
- management & managers in this company doesn't provide a good role model to their employee. - management & managers not willing to listen & accept & take action on employee's feedback/suggestion. - management & managers never appreciated their employee & their hard work. only point out their employee mistake yet do not provide a proper reason/feedback/solution. - management & managers only think and make decision among the management level without take in consideration of their employee's suggestion which have more & better experiences and risk concern for the clients - do not have a clear direction in this company - management & managers being very selfish - management & managers do not have a good attitude & never respect to their employees ,even clients . - do not provide proper training / guidance for new joiner
