    Pros

A company with a product to get behind.

    Pros

Pay was decent but it went up a lot more since I was there Insurance is good if you get the co pay selection if you go to the doctor's a lot They have a HSA, FSA 401k

    Cons

They make you work 6 to 7 days and can be awhile just to have one day off or so. They won't hire a weekend shift so that the full times won't be burnt out from working so much and all the forced mandatory over time HR, management, and the operations guy wouldn't listen to people's suggestions of a solution to people being burnt out from working so much yet they all work 5 days a week and get more time off The insurance for the deductibles are really high to meet if you do need to meet a deductible They force you to work on other lines besides your own and all the lines run differently and aren't exactly the same The lead decides how you day is going to go every day because they decide what machine to put you on They don't really want to train everyone for every machine etc only certain people sometimes They look for reasons to make you lose your $500 sign on bonus One example being is that you have to be back on the floor within your alotted break time so that makes you have to leave your breaks early instead of the exact time or they will try to write you up for it which they don't explain that in orientation or at all They will low ball you in pay over people who don't even have experience or if you do have experience
