Dear Anonymous, Thank You for your valuable Feedback. But we CROYEZ have to say few things on your feedback. 1. Are you really an employee of CROYEZ? Because an employee of CROYEZ knows that we are not doing any immigration process for Africa whereas you have mentioned something like "Africa" in your feedback. 2. If you are an employee of CROYEZ, then we are very sure that this post is not written by the Senior Immigration Consultant. While writing feedback at least you should have guts to mention your real designation. 3. If you are feeling that there is "0 career growth" then why you have wasted your one valuable year in our company. 4. If +2 or diploma can do this job, then why you are working here. Are you coming under that category? 5. Regarding the authorization, we are very proud to inform you that we are the one and only registered Immigration company in South India and you can check and verify it from this link https://iccrc-crcic.ca/find-a-professional/ 6. If you are so anxious to know about Company growth, meet us and we will clarify all of your doubts on CROYEZ's growth. 7. Regarding the shutdown of other branches, We have nothing much to say about that because you itself said that it is a rumor. And we are proudly announcing that we are about to start another new branch within Couple of Months. 8. I hope you don't have any prior professional experience in your life. It is not mandatory for a Managing Director to visit the office daily. He will be taking care of Business development. If you need MD to regularly visit office then you can resign your job and go for such companies where MD's attendance is also considered.

Pros

Many employees report a friendly, supportive work environment. Teams and managers are approachable and helpful when guidance or discussion is needed. High employee satisfaction: according to public reviews, about 90% of employees would recommend working at Croyez to a friend. Good work–life balance, diversity, and inclusion values — ratings for work/life balance and inclusion are among the stronger categories in reviews. Variety of tasks and exposure: since Croyez deals with multiple countries and visa types, employees may get exposure to diverse immigration processes and client needs — which can be good for learning and growth. (This is common in consulting / immigration consulting sectors.) croyezimmigration.com The company seems to emphasize professionalism, process clarity and transparency — for clients as well as internally: which can translate to smoother logistics, organized workflows, and more predictable roles or responsibilities.

Cons

As with many immigration-consulting firms, work may become demanding or involve pressure, especially during peak application periods — since success often depends on timely and accurate processing (this is common in consulting/visa service firms).
Because the firm operates across many visa categories and countries, tasks may be varied and sometimes complex, which may mean a steeper learning curve — especially for newer employees. (This applies generally to consulting/immigration work.)
