Pros

-Great Tech Company with decent perks (gym allowance, Working Remotely support, Ticket Restaurant card...) - Good team events - Young & Likeminded colleagues

Cons

- Highly competitive, not in the good way. - No possibilities of being promoted, even after 3 years, overachieving targets. - HR pretend to care but actually you end up being just a number.

Hello, thanks for sharing your experience and listing the benefits you enjoyed most at Criteo, and apologies for the last response. We believe in managers as being crucial to supporting their team members' development, professionally and personally. This is why we invest in training them through the Manager Program and Manager Behaviors. Our HR team takes a close look at the anonymous manager survey that is taken every year by team members. We're sorry if you feel you have not been properly set up for success nor supported by the HR team. Thanks again for sharing your open feedback and for the time spent together, we hope that you have found a company where you can flourish now.

Pros

People I worked with and the culture was great, work life balance was fantastic.

Cons

Every year now it layoffs, makes one want to ask a question. Perhaps Criteo needs a better CFO to manage the companies finances. Being every year Criteo is laying people off, yet CFO still remains. Perhaps Criteo needs to look at those who are staying a bit closer.
