      Pros

      There is a lot of investment in new platforms and technology underway. The offices and work environment are very inviting and comfortable. A lot of big name clients always keeps work interesting when you can actually show people you know what you are supporting and doing for a living.

      Cons

      With all the new platforms there is still a lot of work to be done to revise, create, and improve legacy processes and gaps in standard operating procedures.

      Pros

      The workers are great. I had the chance to work with some really tallented people.

      Cons

      The management at CRI is overly authoritative and often lacks direction. They are quick to terminate employees, so if you consider taking a position here, proceed with caution. Human Resources cannot be trusted as an ally; reporting any issues of misconduct may result in your dismissal.
