Pros
I can say this a thousand times over: CH really employs the best humans on this earth. The people are what motivate me! The team is really passionate, collaborative, understanding & willing to support in many ways. Managers have great trust in their reports and don't ever breathe over your shoulder. There's a huge emphasis on work life balance as I've never felt burnt out. Benefits & stipends are also generous!
Cons
Being primarily remote does sometimes lead to feeling disconnected if you haven't had a reason to connect with team mates over zoom. This can sometimes feel lonely, but worth it for being remote.
