      Pros

      -Course Hero has some of the best people I've ever worked with. So many of them are great at their jobs, care deeply, and are fun to be around. -Course Hero has a good culture where everyone can contribute to direction and projects. -Comp and benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      -Some shifting product direction leaves some uncertainty. But I'm starting to see clarity through more open discussions.

      Great culture, fast speed and lots of innovation and collaboration across the board.

      Cons

      The business reliance on Google for traffic was heavy which later caused issues as ChatGPT and Google AI overview showed up.
