Pros
One of the best parts of Course Hero is that you're surrounded by intelligent people who challenge you and are all-around great to work with. Most people genuinely care about what they do and know how to work hard and play hard. There are a lot of new ideas and innovations being pursued and those who take initiative have opportunity to grow and tackle interesting projects at Course Hero. I've personally been able to grow a lot here so far, and feel like I'm given a lot of opportunities to expand my skillset.
Cons
There's room for improvement when it comes to simplifying and consolidating processes. Information is stored differently across teams and tracked in different ways, which can make for unnecessary work. This is particularly challenging when there are organizational changes.
