      - Fine pay - Work from home - Flexible Hours

      Cons

      - The company has no idea what the students need - Zero to no cooperation/coordination - The company wants complete, fully explained and deep answers while the student wants direct answers(mostly), if full answers are given they leave a bad review and the company deregisters you.
