Good benefits and flexible time off. Fair vision plan. The team I worked with was like a family. Hard working and always getting our jobs done with little to no dependency on management.

401k match up to 4% however, you only receive 1%. It takes an act of congress to get HR to reply. Pay raises are a forced bell curve. If you go out on disability and have insurance the company should pay their employee an recoup from the insurance co. But, no they make their employee go for weeks without pay.
