Employees also have a break area with pool tables, arcade games, video games, and air hockey. Ownership is hands-on and easy to talk to, and they are often on the production floor helping with work when needed. Supervisors and production managers are also easy to talk to and hands-on, and they encourage open communication and feedback from employees.

It is challenging staying connected and working closely with some employees and senior-level leadership who are not in the office very often.
