Pros
The team environment was very strong, leadership had vision of where the company wanted to go, and willing to train people to get there. The rebranding with having employees be brand ambassadors made everyone feel like part of the goal.
Cons
As with all companies, there are some employees that have been promoted in the past need to be weeded out. Instead of hiring outside the company they promoted employees that really didn’t have the skill set for the job they perform.
