      Pros

      Cooley is a community and you get to really belong no matter what your role is. It was the best decision I have ever made to work for this firm.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
