Pros
Smart work with a talented team. Very little drama or politics in the org, so everyone is focused on doing good work. Lots of market opportunity and i have a lot of flexibility to define my contribution to the company.
Cons
Rapid growth is good and bad - can be stressful. Everyone has to give 110%.
