Convera is a company that prioritizes selling itself over its employees or clients. Management’s primary focus is speed, not quality, resulting in rushed and ineffective solutions for clients. The lack of leadership and poor training for managers creates a chaotic environment where teams can’t collaborate effectively, and employee well-being is neglected. Many managers lack knowledge of the product or basic management skills, leaving employees unsupported and disengaged. This toxic culture has led to high turnover and a workforce that no longer cares, directly impacting the quality of service provided to clients. It’s a frustrating place to work and an even worse experience for the clients who depend on us.
