Stay away from this train-wreck of a company - Sales and Marketing Associate Contently Employee Review

Honestly, don't know where to begin,... It's really difficult to wave goodbye to a contrant stream of colleagues leaving the company, either via layoffs or finding better opportunities at stronger companies. During the past year and a half, there has been a churn of over 60-70 employees. (almost 75-80% of the company!!) During this same period, the ENTIRE leadership is gone. Only one VP remains from when I started, while 8 others have been laid off or took off. This is to be expected when KARMA weighs in... When a leadership team remains distant, aloof, and detached from its employees, you get what you deserve. In an open floor work environment, the leadership is never to be found. ADVICE to prospective applicants: I debated long and hard on whether to write this review, but it pains me to see everyone lament this career "misstep". If I can save someone from making the mistake I made, then I'll take comfort in steering someone away from a dead-end workplace. Turn and run away.
