      as everyone has mentioned - free bagels on pay day

      Cons

      no direct deposit, managing partners talk to you as how they please - even if that means yelling at your at volumes that could shake the whole building, you are literally just a number and nothing else. they treat everyone like they're above everyone and its NO wonder that their turnover rate is ONE OF THE HIGHEST in all of Florida. stats don't lie.

      Pros

      Over the last few years I have watched this firm really put their people first. They are very family oriented, Training is great and ongoing, not just when you get hired. Administration and my Attorneys are transparent and very appreciative of the work we do. Ive been here 6 years and this is my forever home until I retire!

      Every office expierence may be different but I have not found any!

      Bagels on payday, that's about it

      Cons

      No direct deposit because they're cheap, constant yelling and demeaning treatment from partners. Toxic work environment as everyone is snitching on everyone.
