My experience at Compton Computers Pvt Ltd was disappointing. Employees were not treated with professionalism or respect. There were concerns regarding employee privacy, including checking personal mobile devices and personal data. The company also delayed or withheld salaries for some employees and did not properly provide relieving letters and exit documents after resignation. Management culture lacked transparency and employee support. I hope the organization improves its HR practices, employee respect, payroll management, and exit process in the future.
