Pros

Convenient and pleasant location. Most employees who are not in management are friendly, supportive, and enjoyable to work with. Good camaraderie among SOME staff and team members.

Cons

• If you do not speak Chinese or now Serbian, expect major communication barriers. Important information is often communicated in Chinese, making it difficult to fully participate. • No meaningful career growth. Raises are rare or nonexistent, promotions are limited, and many employees remain stuck in the same position for years. • Pay is below market. • Management lacks direction, planning, and accountability. Priorities constantly change, projects are frequently scrapped, and decisions are often reactive rather than strategic. • Expect to be overworked without a clear purpose. There is a constant sense of urgency, but little long-term planning. Employees are expected to work hard rather than work smart. • A significant amount of work feels random, rushed, or ultimately pointless because priorities change so frequently. • Communication is poor at every level. Employees are often left guessing about expectations, decisions, and company direction. • Transparency is lacking. Company updates often feel disconnected from what employees are actually experiencing. • Competent employees who identify problems or suggest improvements are often ignored, discouraged, or viewed negatively. • HR appears more focused on advancing itself than advocating for employees. Many employees see little opportunity for growth outside of management and HR circles. • Employee appreciation is virtually nonexistent. Hard work and strong performance rarely translate into recognition, advancement, or compensation. • There is little accountability among leadership despite repeated mistakes and poor execution. • Speaking up, challenging ineffective decisions, or pushing for change can negatively affect your standing within the company. • The overall culture rewards compliance over initiative, and loyalty over competence. • If you are looking for mentorship, professional development, merit-based advancement, strategic leadership, or a workplace that values employee input, you will likely be disappointed.
