Pros

Nice view from the office windows

Cons

No management skills. Very low pay for similar positions in this region. Makes employees do tasks outside of their job and doesn't compensate for this jobs. Calls employees on their cell phones late night. Doesn't pay for employees cell phones even if used for business. Sub standard if any, benefits Makes hiring decisions based on what baseball team prospective hires are fans

Pros

No set schedule, easy hiring process, requirements include ability to read, type and handle being degraded for 4-8 hours a day.

Cons

Revolving door of employment, there's a reason they're constantly hiring. No set schedule, short notice for available hours, no minimum hours means likelihood of long periods without work, very little training/coaching, management is unfriendly and not helpful, preferential treatment regarding hours/projects/rules, benefits like sick leave are not applicable since there are no scheduled hours and therefore never paid out, encouraged to lie to get target to complete the survey, script must be read verbatim even if it is poorly written, repetitive, and non-conversational. Believe it or not, getting yelled at for bothering people with a 10-25 minute survey isn't the worst part of the job.
