Pros

There are pros in the business in terms of the benefits. 25 Annual Leave Bank Holidays off 1 Day Birthday Leave 1 Day Wellbeing Day 1/2 Day Shopping There is the opportunity to have external qualifications. There is also management training but on nominations based. Mental Health Ambassadors

Cons

The Cons Progressions - Depends on the team, if there is supportive managers, otherwise if not you won't get this. Gossips - in the business it's rife, the morale in the offices is rather low due to this. It's mainly around management and not being the greatest. Working at home - this is not business wide it depends on which team your in. You have to fight for it which I believe is wrong.

Pros

Ain't none I am afraid

Cons

"I had an absolutely shocking experience working at c. The management is terrible—there is no support whatsoever. They only care about salary and will definitely throw you under the bus. When you make a mistake, that's when they pounce on you about training—especially if they're preparing for a review. There is zero support, nothing in place to help you. They shockingly lie, have no evidence, and still sweep you under the bus. It’s a disgusting business

Pros

Excellent safeguarding standards, clear values, supportive colleagues, and opportunities to develop skills. The focus on therapeutic care really benefits the young people.

Cons

The role can be emotionally demanding at times, but this is part of working in residential childcare.
