      Above avarage pay comparing to other manufacturing companies. The working environment is nice. Workload is fair without too much overtime working.

      Cons

      Not too many career opportunities for new comer. ODM business become challenging while intense and bleedy competition in phone business. Conservative company culture.

      Pros

      free working time at Taiwan. it's a stable job. but not a final choice for your life career. since 2024, perk increases on annual holidays.

      Cons

      salary is not quite high. it's ODM. that means...work life balance is the target, but still have room to enhance. Even it's VP's goal.

      Good opportunity to work some cool products. On many occasions you may see some leading edge technologies provided by OEMs.

      Cons

      Very bad senior management. Often, they let project leader take too much control that, if you meet someone mad, you will live under his madness for as long as the project lasts.
