Going Downhill - Teacher Comp Sci High Employee Review

I have known so many people whose physical and mental health rapidly declined working here. CSH means well, but their systems rely on people being at 100% all the time. So essentially there are no systems. There is no accountability for students, just an endless circle of typically unproductive check ins. Their “do the most” attitude will deplete you at some point. Please apply elsewhere. A lofty and heartfelt mission and considerable paycheck isn’t worth your health and sanity.
