This is by far one of the most rewarding and character-building positions I have experienced. You help drive the demand for clean energy by enrolling electric consumers with an alternative energy supplier. The company is there to support you as you develop your skills in grass root sales, which in my opinion is the best foundational training to be successful in ones ability to communicate value in a product. This company was instrumental in providing me with the recourses to later operate and grow a business in one of the most competitive markets in the world. When you work hard here, the financial return will follow, and your ability to understand human nature will give you an edge unlike any other.
Cons
This job is not for those without a vision for greatness. You have a lot of autonomy and it is very easy to not work. If you want to coast and just grab a paycheck, look elsewhere. If you want to test your ability and really get a sense of your potential, look no further.
