Some people here I met is really nice and actually become friends with them.
Cons
- Stressful and draining The executive levels don't align on their opinion. You will be pulled to do things out of nowhere but forced to finish in an extremely short time. And no plan on what to do afterward. - Chaos, no system, no process of working - No work-life balance. More like work-life balance is a joke here.
