Pros
Once you're in and you tow the line they'll look after you. You can come in to the office, you can not come into the office, there are no enforceable rules about attendance. Private sector pay for public sector responsibilities. Nice office in Wicklow
Cons
800 people employed to strategize and manage the contractors who plant, manage, fell and sell the trees. Meetings every week about inclusion and unconscious bias and yet there isnt a single non-white person employed in the company. No-one answers their phone or emails Management are constantly announcing big things, like Gresham House, without any prep work done - makes it clear that what they care about isnt getting something done, it's getting the praise for announcing it. Inevitably goes wrong and the CEO disappears for 6 months until he/she pops up again in time to receive businessman/woman of the year from a magazine that we've coincidentally paid 100k to.
