Run Away!!!! - Anonymous employee Cohere Technologies Employee Review

Dear Anonymous Former Employee, Thanks for your feedback. Cohere is working on a ground breaking technology which is first of it's kind. We are re-defining the way wireless works or is perceived. Forming-Storming-Norming-Performing is a natural course for a team to work together and can be seen in all organizations building new technology. A start-up team building something from scratch is more likely to experience this than big organizations with products in sustainable mode. Sometimes a shift is needed for a better outcome or to stay competitive with an ever changing market. The pace of a startup is certainly not easy and doesn't always work for everyone. We currently have a backhaul product already in customer trials and FWA solution that leverages the building blocks from our existing product. Our progress verifies that the approach is correct. One of the reasons we have parted ways with some people is because their skill set or energy level did not match the pace with rest of the team. We have taken those lessons and have made our interview process more stringent to screen candidates for similar backgrounds. We certainly hope that you have a better experience at your new work place.
