No growth, no encouragement or recognition, everything you do is criticized by the top(or they just take credit for your work), get used to not making much (but hearing how everyone always gets raises in your interview), you can literally NEVER leave the office, pretty much no holidays off, taking anytime off is frowned upon, the business is 24/7 (better be ready for emails late!), there are no ethics here (check the lawsuit out), constant firing and hiring (more of the former), constant outbursts of rage/anger from the top, intimidation, this could go on for a while...
