      No good training program for the employees. No proper communication between teams. Employee Onboarding is unprofessional.

      Pros

      A lot of organization but very little micro management. Great collaboration. When issues arose, it wasn't hard to get it handled

      Cons

      Some of the content briefs were confusing and I wasn't exactly sure how a client wanted it written, which resulted in revision requests. The team usually went to bat for me though and minimized that as much as possible.
