Pros
Relaxed workplace, and if you enjoy working with kids then that's a plus. Not a lot of time to work on the training (doing the curriculum to better help the students) but lots of opportunity to have fun with the lessons.
Cons
Newer hires were paid more than those that had been there for longer. Owner doesn't care as much about children's success or employees' ability to handle students as they do about getting people in the door.
