      - Good intermediary job if you cannot find tech work - Lesson plans are made for you - You will usually have volunteers to help you with summer lessons, so student-teacher ratio is about 4:1

      Cons

      - If you don't like kids, this is not for you - Sometimes you need to figure out how to improvise
