      I love CobbleWeb's flat hierarchy and being able to work with a great team on challenging projects, utilizing a highly diverse tech stack that is updated on a regular basis. From a lifestyle point of view, the 100% remote role, coupled with market-related remuneration, provides a good work-life balance.

      Lack of team building events.

      They would pay well!. Cannot find anything more to be honest.

      Cons

      - They will not trust you no matter how professional you are. - Rude feedback. - Jira time tracking, and you get paid based on that - bad if you cannot ignore it, you will not aim to finish what you have to work on, instead, you will aim to a time goal. - You will not find a single employee would like to stay in this company!. - They are weak technically, most likely because they cannot trust professionals.

      Mountain of technical debt, no benefits, full-time employment mixed with self-employment. Project leadership leaves a lot to be asked for.
