Was a young company, so not of old bad habits and cliques existed. Felt like we were all engaged in that mission and ambition the company had.
Cons
The company got sold to globant. The times leading up to that sale saw a lot of people leave. As it became a very hard place to work in. Management were not able to keep the morale up. Lot of people got moved out very suddenly.
